Dorking Health Care are offering a 6 week course on managing the emotional impact of living with Diabetes based on Cognitive Behavioural Therapy.

Do you ever feel stressed or worried about having Diabetes?

Do you ever struggle to maintain blood sugars?

Do you ever feel fed up and struggle with the motivation for self care?

This course is designed to provide you with tools to help you cope with the challenges of having Diabetes

Course content:

Session 1. An introduction to Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and how it can be used with Diabetes

Session 2. Adjustment and motivation

Session 3. Diabetes and behaviour

Session 4. Stress, worry and sleep

Session 5. Diabetes and thinking styles

Session 6. Maintaining wellbeing
